Samples were collected from the apex, leaves (Le) and petioles (Pe) from positions LPI 3-5, 9-11, and 15-17, midveins (MV) from LPI 9-11 and 15-17, bark and wood collected from LPI 9-11 and old and young root samples. Arrows indicated the position of the 23 kDa and 31 kDa proteins detected by TLP1 antiserum.
