Samples were harvested at different time intervals; 30 min, 1 h, 8 h, 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Tubulin gene of Spartina alterniflora was used as an internal control for normalization of different cDNA samples. Error bars represent standard error of means based on three independent reactions.
