Identification of miRNA-regulated tasiRNAs in N. attenuata. (A) Phylogenetic analysis of three TAS3 transcripts in N. attenuata. Nucleotide sequences of three TAS3 transcripts were aligned with TAS3 orthologs of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous plants.
