Detached leaves of wild-type and mutant plants grown at 30 μmol photons m-2 s-1 for 6 weeks were given 20 min of illumination (1000 μmol photons m-2 s-1), then photosynthetic parameters were provided by analysis of RT chlorophyll fluorescence: maximum quantum yield of PSII (Fv/Fm) and efficiency of PSII photochemistry (ΦPSII). Data are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 4). Values marked with the same letters are not significantly different from each other within a column (P > 0.05).
