The data indicate relative expression value of five genes (CaFAD2-C1, CaFAD2-C2, CaFAD2-C3, FAD3 and FAE1, in horizontal) in bulk seeds (five to ten) at 20 DAP compared to the control (CTRL). Measurements were carried out for 21 progenies of two families (WG4-4 and WG19-6) and two control plants. The colours represent up-regulation or down-regulation (green, up; red, down).
