  1. The fatty acid composition in single seed was measured, and for each line several seeds were used for measurement. Kruskal-Wallis test was run to determine significance level of difference between the FAD2-RNAi lines and the control. a: SD = standard deviation. Significance levels: *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
