A comparative graph showing the level of peak 4 as a function of leaf position (leaf 3 to leaf 6) (D) in SR1, 37 and 45 tobacco plants is also provided. Analyses were performed using four biological replicates for the the SR-1 (control) plants and each of the transgenic plants. Three technical replicates were performed for each analysis.
