Taxol was added to each fungus at a concentration of 12 μM, compared to the solvent control. Shown are the following fungi: Taxus endophyte Paraconiothyrium SSM001; three wood decaying fungi (Heterobasidion annosum, Perenniporia subacida, and the Taxus pathogen, Phaeolus schweinitzii); a crop pathogen (Fusarium graminearum), a tree endophytic fungus (Pestalotiopsis spp.), and an isolate of Taxus bark (Alternaria ssp).
