Cabernet Sauvignon berry development through the 2003 and 2004 seasons. Berry weight, soluble solids, and pH values were generated from 4 replicates of 50 berries, taken from 3 clusters each. Soluble solids were determined using a digital refractometer (PR-101, Atago, Japan) and the pH was measured on a pH meter (PHM82, Bach Simpson Ltd., London, Canada).
