Chromatographic peaks and spectra of divinyl- and monovinyl-protochlorophyllide a in etiolated seedlings. Seedlings were grown for 6 days under dark conditions on wet filter paper without ALA. The seedlings were harvested under dark conditions and their extracts were analyzed for their protochlorophyllide composition by HPLC.
