Transcript levels of CsGT45 in response to different treatments. Untreated control leaves (Ct), treated leaves with abscisic acid (ABA), calcium chloride (CaCl2), giberellic acid (GA3), potassium salicylate (SA), 2,4-dichlorofenoxiacetic acid (2,4D), methyl jasmonate (MetJa) and wounded leaves of C. sativus were collected 24 hr after treatment and total RNA extracted for CsGT45 expression analysis.
