(a), (b) and (c) are profiles of cultivars V14, V27 and R09, respectively. The labeling V14D, V27D and R09D are the donor seed-plants of the three genotypes; V14Ca1–2, V27Ca1–2 and R09Ca1–2 are pooled calli; and, V14Reg1–5, V27Reg1–5 and R09Reg1–5 are regenerated plants. Arrowheads and arrows refer, respectively, to excisions and insertions of mPing. Primer combinations are indicated at bottom of the profiles.
