With E-value cutoff <= 1e-2, EST matches that are >98% identical to the query protein and are from the same species as the query were collected and listed in the second column. These ESTs matches were manually checked at the NCBI website to find UniGene links (third column) and tissue/organ expression information (fourth column) if they have.
