Analysis of brassinazole-resistant 1 ( BZR1; contig7854) gene transcript levels in the stem base of Fusarium -infected seedlings of barley cultivars Akashinriki, Bowman and their uzu derivatives (Aka-uzu and Bow-uzu), as determined by quantitative RT-PCR analysis. RNA was extracted from stem bases tissue harvested at either 24 or 48 h post-fungal inoculation. Bars indicate SEM (LSD0.05 = 0.014).
