  1. Scores range from 1 (no mealiness perception) to 5 (very high mealiness perception). Evaluations were carried out during four years (2007 and from 2009 to 2011) at three time points (H: harvest, 60 and 120 DAH: i.e. 2 and 4 months of storage in a cold chamber at 1°C). “Mean 120 DAH” is the mean of the four years for the last time point. Mealy hybrids are highlighted in grey.
