Phylogenetic tree of predicted amino acid sequences of full length TaGLP3 genes from the Hope Sr2 locus compared with the most similar available sequences from barley, rice and wheat, most of which were reported to be involved in disease resistance [ [25], [26], [36], [37]]. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by neighbour-joining method using MEGA program version 6.0. TaGLP3s are indicated by a red border.
