Examples of deconvolution for multiple positive pools in each pooling dimension. a) Eight candidate clones exist for six positive BAC pools (2 plates, 2 rows and 2 columns). MTP address of candidate clones is first translated to BAC clone name and contig name for each clone is then retrieved from the physical map. If two clones among the candidates share the same contig (TaaCsp3DS017N06 and TaaCsp3DS082B19 in this example), they are considered positive. b) The image of contig ctg328.
