Factor 1 and Factor 2 explain 65.51, 77.43 and 83.54 % of the data variation for CSIR-IHBT, RHRS and PAU, respectively. Figure a, c and e are the variable vector distributions; Figure b, d and f are the case distributions (treatment combinations). The loading values of variables are presented (a, c and e) as vectors in the space of the PCA bi-plots. N1, N2 and N3 are the level of nitrogen @ 30, 60 and 90 kg ha−1, respectively. P1 and P2 are the level of phosphorus @ 20 and 40 kg ha−1, respectively, while K1, K2 and K3 are representing the level of potassium @ 20, 40 and 60 kg ha−1, respectively.
