Genes enriched (orange dots) or unenriched (black dots) for H3K4me3 were plotted by absolute transcript abundance in DSX tissue (y-axis; median FPKM value of 89,300 indicated) and relative transcript abundance in DSX tissue compared to shoot tips, young leaves, mature leaves, flowers, roots and phloem (x-axis; expected value of 0.142 indicated).
