HPLC chromatogram of MeOH extracts from leaves of soybean cultivars Nezumisaya, Harosoy and recombinant inbred lines derived from a cross of the cultivars, and chemical structure of flavonol glycosides corresponding to HPLC peaks. (A) HPLC chromatogram. 100 mg of trifoliolate leaves was extracted with 1 ml of MeOH. Eluent: phosphoric acid/acetonitrile/H2O (0.2:18:82). Flow-rate: 1.0 ml/min. Injection: 10 μl. Detection: 350 nm.
