In vitro kinase activity of TaSKs in the presence of Bikinin. Phosphorylation activity of purified TaSK1, TaSK2, TaGSK1 and BIN2 on a myelin basic protein fragment (18.454 kDa) was determined by in vitro kinase assays using ATP γP³². Kinase activity was analyzed in the presence and absence of Bikinin added at a concentration of 15 or 30 μM. After kinase reaction, samples were loaded on a 12 % SDS PAGE gel.
