Orthologous relationship of the Cellulose synthase-like (Csl) genes. Setaria italica (Si), Sorghum bicolor (Sb), Oryza sativa (Os), Brachypodium distachyon (Bradi) and Hordeum vulgare (Hv) are compared. Branch lengths are proportional to nucleotide substitutions per site. Black dot node labels indicate posterior probability of 0.6-0.85, whilst grey dots indicate a posterior probability of 0.85-0.95, and unlabelled nodes present a posterior probability of >0.95
