Transcript abundance of PtTPS19/20, PtTPS17 and PtTPS18 genes in different organs of P. trichocarpa. Gene expression in leaf buds (Bd), leaves (Lf), stem (St) and roots (Rt) was measured using qRT-PCR. PtTPS19 to PtTPS20 ratio was determined through repeated sequencing of amplicons. Means and standard errors are shown (n = 6). A one way ANOVA followed by a Holm-Sidak test was used to test for statistical significance.
