Circadian rhythmic expression of several OsOSCAs. Expression levels of OsOSCA1.2, OsOSCA2.1, and OsOSCA2.2 in shoots of four-leaf stage ZH11 seedlings under 14-h light (24 °C)/10-h dark (20 °C) photoperiod conditions were analysed using quantitative real-time RT-PCR. Samples were collected every 3 h. Data were normalised against actin expression. The expression of marker gene is shown in Additional file 8: Figure S4.
