(HD = Heading date, PH = Plant height, GRYLD = Grain yield, TGRWT = Thousand grain weight, GRpsqm = Grains per square meter, GRA = Grain area, GRL = Grain length, GRW = Grain width and L/W = Grain shape)
  2. Bold text indicates that the difference between the means of the NILs carrying the Avalon and Cadenza allele is greater than twice the standard error of the difference
