Trimers cause an up-regulation of the immune response and hormone signaling together with the down-regulation of general metabolism and development. The GSEA map was made using the cytoscape plugin Enrichment map (Bader lab), depicting the results of treatment with trimers using FDR < 0.01 as the cut-off [92].
