In the upper right corner, the relative transcript levels were colour-coded. The darkest blue label stands for 5-times higher and the darkest red for 5-times lower transcript levels than in Col-0 plants. The asterisks mark significance of difference from wildtype (two-way ANOVA, p < 0.01). “n.d.” stands for “not detectable” (transcript level was below detection level)
