Phylogenetic analysis of the WRKY proteins in sesame and Arabidopsis. Multiple sequence alignments of WRKY amino-acid sequences were performed using ClustalX, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed using MEGA5 by the neighbor-joining (NJ) method and 1000 bootstrap replicates.
