The relative expression levels of six SiWRKY genes were measured from plants treated with drought stress and harvested at a soil water content of 35%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 35% after re-watering (REW35%). The different columns represent different cultivars: a drought-tolerant cultivar (DT) and a drought-sensitive cultivar (DS). Three independent replicates were used to generate each expression value.
