The first data point in (a) and the data point at the 0d represent the data collected from 21 °C-grown plants prior to the onset of heat treatment. Three-week old Col WT and FtsH11 mutant (salk033047) plants grown at 21 °C 70 μmol with 12 h/12 h d/n cycle were transferred to a 30 °C growth chamber. Changes in dark-adapted chlorophyll fluorescence were determined daily for five days. For each sampling point, the most recently matured leaves from 6 to 8 plants were used.
