Phylogenetic analysis shows that the Bradyrhizobium sp. MOS strains are genetically diverse. The tree was constructed using a concatenated nucleotide alignment of 31 AMPHORA genes [18]. For each strain, the presence of the nod/nol gene cluster (filled squares) and the nif/fix gene cluster (filled circles) are indicated. A red triangle means that the particular strain is a type strain for that species [5]. The Bradyrhizobium sp. MOS strains fall into four different clades. Afipia broomae ATCC49717 was used as outgroup
