Cold treatment altered the expression levels of DNA methylation related genes in H. brasiliensis. Seedlings of H. brasiliensis were treated at 19 °C (a) or 4 °C (b). Leaf samples were collected at the time points indicated. The expression levels of HbMET, HbCMT, and HbDRM were analysed by qRT-PCR. Values are presented as the mean standard error of three independent biological replicates. Different letters indicate significant differences (P < 0.05) according to one-way analysis of variance
