Cluster II and IV contain majority of the tolerant and moderate tolerant genotypes and some salt sensitive genotypes whereas cluster III has two salt sensitive genotypes. The numbers on the branches indicate serial number of wheat genotypes as listed in Additional file 1: Table S1
