Quantative RT-PCR analysis of three differentially expressed flowering pathway genes (identified in RNA-seq with FDRs < 0.05; expression of DOF5.3 was not tested) in nonchilled flower buds. Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit H is the internal control.
