The inner track visualizes rearrangements of G. concinnatum mitogenome and its regions (as LCBs) relatively to C. integristipula mitogenome as representative of other liverworts. The coloured links between LCBs represent location of the same regions. The strandedness of each region is also preserved: outer blocks represent the forward strand, while inner blocks the reverse strand
