Analyses of OsZIP1 expression under metal stress conditions using qRT-PCR and Western blot. Two week-old rice plants grew in the nutrient solutions with 1000 and 10,000 μM Zn, 500 and 5000 μM Mn, 10 and 30 μM Cu, 100 and 1000 μM Fe and 0–160 μM Cd for 3 h.
