Shoot regeneration from embryogenic callus derived from AtLEC2-GR lines with exogenous application of NAA and 6-BA. Embryogenic callus derived from AtLEC2-GR transgenic seedlings grown on MS medium with (0, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.2 mg/L) NAA and (0, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/L) 6-BA. Embryogenic callus grown on MS medium with 0 mg/L NAA and 0 mg/L 6-BA were as control. Three independent experiments were performed, each experiment contains 5 replicates. Scale bars = 2 mm
