The soybeans were grown in normal (1.25 mM Pi) and Pi-deficiency (−Pi, 0 mM Pi) Hogland medium. Gene expression in the roots and leaves was detected by qRT-PCR under Pi-deficiency for one, two and three weeks respectively. Expression of each gene in the normal conditions at 1 week in the roots of ZYD6 was set to 1. The * means significance at a P < 0.05 level, and the ** represent the significance at a P < 0.01 level.
