Transcript levels for each gene were estimated by qRT-PCR. The fold changes indicate the expression patterns of analyzed genes relative to their transcript levels in dry seeds (0 h of incubation) with assumed value of 1. Statistical analyses: two-way ANOVA with post hoc Tukey’s (HSD) test with confidence interval 0.05, significance between groups indicated as * for P ≤ 0.05 and ** for P ≤ 0.01
