Expression of PR1 and PR5 in Arabidopsis plants pretreated with 3OC8-HSL and challenged with PstDC3000. Total RNA was extracted from Arabidopsis Col-0 seedlings pretreated with 10 μM 3OC8-HSL at the roots for 48 h followed by PstDC3000 inoculation. Samples were collected at the indicated time points (hpi).
