Relative abundances have been scaled per row using z-score scaling and clustered globally in order to group genes with similar expression profiles. The scale bar represents fold change in expression based on CPM values. Gene products in red represent available rice (Sativa japonica, Oryza sativa) orthologues where gene annotations were not available from the Wheat genome.
