Sequencing results of three target sites (A1, B1, and C1) in the glcat14a glcat14b glcat14c triple mutant (line #52–4). GLCAT14A contained a 12 bp deletion, which resulted in pre-mature stop codon; GLCAT14B contained a 1 bp insertion, which resulted in a pre-mature stop codon in its protein sequence; GLCAT14C contained a 12 bp deletion, which resulted in the loss of four amino acids (red).
