Screenshot of the Search page. The search page allows for gene identifiers and names to be used to search the transcriptome time series dataset. If a search term is for a homologous gene, OSR genes that share sequence conservation to that gene are displayed in the bar on the right. Selecting a particular OSR gene plots the expression profile in all tissues and varieties. The plot settings can be adjusted using the control panel on the right of the screen
