Cell death analyses. Those N. benthamiana R genes (HSP90, SGT1, RAR2, MEK1, SIPK and WRKY3–2) were transiently silenced by VIGS approach. Then aCsa4G642460 and bCsa6G303740 were transiently overexpressed in leaves of silencing plants. Whilst GFP, Csa4G642460, and Csa6G303740 were parallel overexpressed in leaves of not silencing plants as control.
