For RNA-seq data analysis, two biological replicates which each consisted of pooled RNA provided equally from six constituent seedlings were used. Each heatmap data was constructed using an average of pooled biological replicates. Pairwise comparison of RNA-seq data between control (untreated) and Ganoderma-treated was evaluated according to cut-off values of log2 fold change (FC) ≥ |1.0| and P-value < 0.01
