Seeds of the Col wild type, the aitr256 triple, aitr1256 quadruple, aitr23456 quintuple and aitr123456 sextuple mutants were generated directly and grown in soil pots in a growth room. Pictures for 7-week-old whole plants and the main inflorescences were taken. Height for 12-week-old plants was measured, and numbers of siliques on the main inflorescence stems were counted.
