The data were shown as mean ± s.e.m.; *, P < 0.05, **, P < 0.005, ***, and P < 0.0005. ImageJ software (IJ 1.46r) was used for image processing and analysis of the electrophoretic running of ascending concentration series of BSA (as protein size standard) to quantify the concentration in (ng) of three independent gel repeats. Full data sets showing the quantification counts were supplement separately. Also, Full-length gels are presented in Supplementary Fig. (3a, b). The data was normalized to the protein band running approximately at 300 kDa as shown in Suppl. Fig. 3a
