OsUev1s and OsUbc13 promote K63-linked poly-Ub chain assembly. After in vitro ubiquitin conjugation reactions as described in Methods, samples were subjected to Western blotting analysis using an anti-Ub antibody to monitor free poly-Ub chain formation. All reactions contain E1 and Mg-ATP, while OsUbc13, OsUev1 and Ub in each reaction are as indicated in the upper panel.
