Relative Expression levels of TRIDC2AG023940 gene revealed by real-time RT-PCR, in wild emmer wheat accessions. Primers were designed to amplify the junction between exons 1 and 2 (see Methods). Wild emmer wheat accessions from five populations were analyzed (H – Mt. Hermon, A – Amiad, T – Tabgha, J – Jaba, M – Mt. Amasa). The results demonstrate the relative expression levels of the gene in the various accessions vs. the gene expression level in accession T1 (set as 1).
