Contents of 2-methyl-2-pentenal (MP), dimethyl trisulfide (DMT), and dipropyl trisulfide (DPT) in the volatiles (a, c, e) and aqueous leachates (b, d, f) of the six Chinese chive cultivars. The six cultivars were Futaijiu 1 (FTJ), Fujiubao (FJB), Fujiuhuang 2 (FJH), Duokang Sijiqing (DKS), Duokang Fujiu 11 (DKF) and Zigenchun Zaohong (ZGC). Data are means ± SE (n = 3). Significant differences among treatments were indicated by different letters above the bars (P = 0.01 by Duncan’s multiple range test)
